The extended nut offers the best solution for those wanting the clean, screwless look of the Bluewater rod holders on boats with gunwhales and/or covering boards thicker than 3"
This kit will allow for the following installation thicknesses:
105512 and 105515 - 3.75" to 5.5"
105513 and 105516 - 2.125" - 4"
105514 and 105517 - 1.75" - 3.5"
