SeaStar BayStar front-mount short (compact) outboard hydraulic steering cylinder.
- Front-mount short-plate cylinder for tighter splashwells (HC4648-3 / HC4648H family)
- Stroke: 8 in; fluid displacement about 7.24 cu in
- Rated for total outboard horsepower up to 150 hp with BayStar helms
- Maximum operating pressure: 1,000 psi
- Balanced design; fits most splashwells that meet BayStar clearance charts
- Use only with BayStar helms and BayStar tubing / fittings (not mixed with SeaStar outboard cylinders)
- Shippable short front-mount alternative to HC4645-3
